Spencer was diagnosed with stage 4 high risk neuroblastoma back in January this year. Regardless of how his cancer has progressed over the months he still loves to dance, play and eat lots of sweeties. He loves Bluey and Ben and holly, they’re his favourites! He’s one of the happiest children I know and he brings a light to everyone’s lives!
