If a member is being offensive, harassing, or exhibiting any other inappropriate behavior, you can report them from their profile page and then close the chat conversation.
By closing the conversation, the person will be blocked from contacting you again, and you will no longer see their comments.
In cases of inappropriate behavior within a group, remove the member if you have administrative privileges. Otherwise, consider leaving the group.
