What is the difference between World and Region/Country prizes?
When you participate in a contest, you will be listed on 2 rankings simultaneously: World and Region/Country. This will increase your chances of winning prizes ;)
Therefore, if you are eligible to win a World prize and a Regional prize, you will win both! In Region ranking, proof of address will be required.
